TJMAXX. My favorite store.
It's time to do a post on a store that has been so wonderful to me. A place that is truly therapeutic for me AND no matter what... never lets me down. The items I'm posting will not be exactly what I've seen but it gives a good idea of different brands they have.
Michael Kors handbags. Beautiful and for at least half the price. If you are wanting a nice staple purse, there is no reason why you shouldn't purchase it here. Seriously though, who doesn't love Michael Kors?
I've bought a couple for $2.99 when the regularly retail for $8.
Essie has the best shades too. Especially their newest holiday collection.
I saw this exact Juicy Couture Body Creme & Parfum set two weeks ago.
It's still selling for $95 anywhere else but the price at TJMAXX was $49.99.
What a perfect place to shop for your man.
These are Geoffrey Been ties and they are just gorgeous.
Why purchase cheap ties when you can snatch these gorgeous ones for the same price?
Great quality with some really fun shapes.
TJMAXX usually has a great selection of sportswear.
I bought a pair of Dri Fit shorts for $18, regularly $40.
Another great purchase for the man in your life.
Ralph Lauren Polo's have such a great fit.
Again, no reason to pay the real price.
Betsey Johnson. I bought my bff a pair of Betsey's trouser socks.
She tells me they are her favorite. I've seen some of her lingerie there as well.
GUESS. I see a lot of Guess shoes actually.
Mostly heels but either way, it's a good brand.
There are so many more great brands other than these. I've also seen Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, Coach, Dooney & Bourke, Nine West, Adidas, Express and many more! So next time you need something or just have an urge to shop.. Stop in TJMAXX!
Pretty Visage

News! News! News!

That's not the news. The great news is.... it is now for sale on Etsy for you to purchase!
These little gems are made with A LOT of love. It's a great and easy way to add more style to your wardrobe. PLUS, it is feminine. We should put more effort to embrace ourselves ladies! We can be cute and girly! And we should!
Not to mention, these little gems are so versatile. Put it on a pillow, scarf, purse, or sweater. You can put this on ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you can think of. Maybe not pots and pans, but how cute would it be to have a little flower on it? It won't be efficient, but who needs efficiency? OK, now I'm just talking crazy. I just want you to know that I am that much in love with these.
Back to the little blossoms...
My favorite part of these are the fact that it doesn't have a pin on the back.
You heard me. NO PINS. This is pure brilliance. No pins= No little holes on your favorite clothing.
How can you say no to this?

Work It
{images via h&m}
First of all: SEQUINS!!!!! Oh man, I am so glad these are back in style, because...well...SHINY!!!
From sequined styled dresses to tunics, tops and everything in between, sequins are really an easy holiday choice. Especially in the winter, sequins are great way to catch the eye but still keep it dark and in season.
Even sequin hats and belts are making a strong comeback.
Even sequin hats and belts are making a strong comeback.
So how do you wear these hot little number(s)? Sequins have so much sparkle that you really don't need much jewelry. Also, remember to wear solid colors as accessories such as a simple black heels or a black purse, this way you don't distract from your sequined ensemble.
Don't be afraid to try it. Remember, it's all about making a statement.
Second, I'm sure you ladies have heard the word "boyfriend" a lot this season. Well, because the boyfriend style is baggy a lot of people have the perception of this style to be.... sloppy.
We think that boyfriend styles are comfortable, but they are incredibly trendy without looking like you are trying hard. Women love this look because and it is completely versatile. There are a lot of ways to wear boyfriend clothing.
You may think this look is only good for a causal day, but it can actually be worn to work as well. Keep this look clean and stylish by wearing a billowy boyfriend shirt tucked into a pair of tailored pants. If you want to keep the shirt out, wear a belt around your waist to keep your look put together. Pair the shirt with a dressy vest to keep the look trendy but work friendly. Oh, and heels or just a feminine flats are a must.

Create your own look of individuality.

Here are some benefits of accessories:
They can really finish or complete an outfit, accessories can "pull together", coordinate, or unify the look of your outfit. They also add a needed interest, variety, and individuality to an outfit; They can provide an important spark to you personal style. Also a perfect way to update any wardrobe.
Statement necklaces are great in so many ways. They are perfect for that outfit you always wear... you favorite jeans and t-shirt combo. AND they can even spice up your LBD, especially for the upcoming holidays. Just don't go overboard, that will create chaos. One statement is enough. Fingerprint Necklace: Part 2
The trends over the past few years have been swinging toward personalization. Think about it...monograms, cameos; I like to think of it as part of the larger revival of antiquity. Now now now personalization has been one-upped. And ladies, I have the info.

2. This is from Moochie-Moo.
This one is a little pricey, but it might be worth the investment.
Wouldn't it be adorable if you had your baby's fingerprint printed?
